So, it's official. I've moved. I've been saying this day would come and it is finally here. My blog as you have seen it over the past year or so hasn't changed all that much…it's just that you'll find it at a different address with a different name. 

So, please join me at my new site where you will find my new blog:

As my career focus has changed to primarily showcase my photography and paintings, I felt that my blog needed to be more focused as well. For those of you wondering if I will continue to design…yes, I will, but this new direction will be my main focus. I also felt this change was necessary to clear up any confusion as to who I am...over the past year or so, I would find my name show up in photo challenge awards as "christina", "cmh photo", "cmh photography" and "rsvp ink". I felt it was time to clarify…I am all of the above but from now on you will see it simple and to the point — Christina Hammock.

I so hope those of you who follow me through Google Friend Connect will click on over and follow me on the new blog.

little somethings: far away

Here is my entry for the photo challenge this week at little somethings. I shot this photo yesterday of my big girl. I'm behind on getting her 5 year portraits done, so we went out to work on those. Got some great ones that I will post soon. (My baby girl was supposed to be my "assistant" but she ended up getting a ton of photos taken of her as well.) the paper mama: black & white

The theme this week at the paper mama is black & white. I was thinking about a photo to use for this challenge. Today just wasn't the day for shooting anything new for me. So, I started digging and came across this photo of my baby girl. It's from last fall and she was on a ferris wheel when I shot it. She was having so much fun! I think it might have been her first big ferris wheel ride! Head on over to the paper mama to check out some more great photos!
